Covid-19 update

May 31, 2020

Hi folks just a quick update on whats happening on the ground here in Ireland at the moment relating to the Covid-19 pandemic, at the moment everyone here is hopeful that we will be in a position to run tours in August and September this year. Our main priority of course is the health and wellbeing of our friends and guests from around the world.

The US ban on international travel is still in place please see https://www.rte.ie/news/coronavirus/2020/0314/1123284-us-imposes-europe-travel-ban/

Scotia Ireland is constantly monitoring the situation and will keep you all updated on the situation regarding travel to Ireland and within Ireland.

We would like to reassure all our guests who have booked touring vacations with Scotia Ireland and are still hoping to travel with us this August and September that we are becoming more hopeful that this will happen as each day goes by.

I can assure you that Ireland has taken very swift action to eradicate this virus from the country and we are now very much looking forward to getting back to business and a normal life without restrictions.

Please be reassured that we are taking advise from the Irish Health Authority the HSE and the Irish government in regard to the travel restrictions. Here is a link to the government road map for reopening society
